then attended the Baylor School of Law, graduating in
1999. Ursula was admitted to the State Bar of Texas
in 2003 and received admission to practice law before
the U.S. District Court in the Western District of Texas
in 2005. Keen has written an appellate brief for the
Fifth Circuit in regards to the ADEA and has also filed
cases for federal employees before the MSPB. She holds
the position of associate Municipal Court Judge for
Killeen, Texas, and is a Bell County Bar Association,
State Bar of Texas, and Association of Trial Lawyers
of America member.
